STRENGTHS FOCUSED
Skilled Job Coaches in our Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP) work directly with individuals to meet their employment goals. They recognize and build on the STRENGTHS and skills of the individual to eliminate the barriers that are preventing employment.
PERSON-CENTERED
Our Job Coaches facilitate job readiness through PERSON-CENTERED career planning, vocational rehabilitation, and performance-based job development. The CRP job coach links employers with job-ready employees forming a partnership of long-term, enjoyable employment.
SUPPORTIVE
Necco's Community Rehabilitation Program also provides assessments, job coaching and long-term follow-along SUPPORT. Our services allow individuals to achieve gainful employment, experience independence, and enable employers to diversify their workforce. All CRP services are provided through Employment First, an Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities program.
PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY:
Individuals who are currently being served under Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities are eligible to participate.
The Community Rehabilitation Program hours are:
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
- Closed Saturday and Sunday
