From her early years with Necco Foster Care, to her current role as Vice President of Residential Services, Necco Center’s Bianca Sexton has been leading the way at Necco for over 20 years. Bianca is a Texas native, holding both a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Communication. She and her husband, Michael, have raised their children alongside the kiddos at the Necco Center in Pedro, OH, focusing on diversity and inclusion and the belief that regardless of challenges, everyone deserves a chance to find their family.

Greg began his career with Necco as a case manager in 2005. After earning his law degree from the University of Louisville, Greg returned home to Necco, and eventually became Necco’s first Ohio State Director. As the director of teams in Cincinnati, Dayton and South Point, as well as The Necco Center in Pedro, Greg grew Necco of Ohio to new heights. In 2020 Greg continued to be a trailblazer and became Necco's first Vice President of Independent Living. Greg's experience with the company, as well as his personal background, blend together perfectly for his new role in guiding the young adults in Necco's rapidly growing Independent Living Program.

When Dan joined Necco in 2020, he brought almost two decades of foster care experience that spanned everything from foster parent and staff training to program and operations management. In every role held, he has always found opportunities to raise the quality of service and support provided to foster children and the families that care for them. It’s Dan’s ability to envision macro-level strategies in tandem with the details of implementation that make him such an effective leader of Necco’s foster care business. Dan graduated from University of Kentucky with a degree in Psychology. He lives with his family in Lexington, KY.

A native of Southern OH, Amy has worked in the social services field for nearly 16 years and has been with Necco for five years. She started as the Treatment Director of the Huntington office. She soon worked her way up to Program Director, a position she held for nearly 4 years. Amy holds a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Marshall University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of WV. Amy believes in Building Families and works toward that goal by overseeing all things foster care in both West Virginia. Amy lives with her husband of 14 years and their four dogs.

Originally from Irvine, a small town in south-central Kentucky, Casey focused on child development while earning a degree in Child & Family Studies at Eastern Kentucky University. Casey then started her career in foster care as a Case Manager, a role that gave her a foundational understanding of the challenges faced by children, the families who care for them, and the systems that support them. Casey next worked as a Licensing Specialist, and then quickly moved into leadership roles where she has championed the importance of staff development to ensure Necco finds the very best home for every child in Necco’s care.

Married for over 60 years, Dr. Ed and Dorothy Necco have spent much of their lives working with the most challenging children thrust into the most difficult of circumstances. When they weren’t working directly with children and families, they were consulting others on the most effective practices for achieving positive outcomes.

Ed began his career in 1962 teaching emotionally disturbed and behaviorally challenged youth in Gary, Indiana. That summer, Ed and Dorothy headed up the first summer camp in Lake County, Indiana for 100 special needs children. During the next three decades, they worked as consultants, directors and educators in public schools, residential treatment centers and universities. During their individual careers, Ed and Dorothy served children with severe developmental and physical disabilities, emotional disturbance and behavior disorders. Ed held teaching positions at the University of Virginia and the University of Illinois before moving to Huntington, West Virginia where he accepted a professorship at Marshall University. He retired from there in 1998. Dorothy taught elementary school and supervised Head Start programs while helping raise the couple’s twin children. In 1995, Dorothy became the director of a foster care program in Ashland, Kentucky before leaving the company to help Ed and her son, Beau, co-found Necco.

Ed and Dorothy each hold a B.A. and M.A. degree in Elementary Education with Special Education certifications from Indiana University. Ed also holds an Ed.D. in Education with an emphasis in Child Behavior Disorders from the University of Virginia. Both remain very active in their community, where Dorothy tutors migrant children and Ed leads lectures on history and the humanities.
