North Macon Park was the setting for Macon's annual Foster Parent Appreciation Picnic to honor National Foster Care Month. We don't know about you, but looks like anyone who didn't have the pleasure to attend missed out on some great food, fun and fellowship! Special thanks to Macon's "boys" Chandler, Marcus and Eric, for taking on the role of "grill masters," much to everyone's benefit.
The foster parents loved the raffle items, put together by teammates Kristi and Tamara. They included sets from Bath and Body Works, grilling tools, candle warmers, and gift certificates to multiple restaurants. The kids, Necco of Macon staff, and foster parents enjoyed playing basketball, air hockey, pool, bean bag toss, and a bounce house.
