Upon exiting the program, we expect our young adults to have:
- Sustainable long-term housing (evidenced by their name being on a lease).
- Dependable banking resources (evidenced by a checking and savings account in good standing).
- Access to health professionals (evidenced by an identified PCP).
- Connected citizenship (evidenced by voter registration, community service, and mentorship).
